This month, we’re striving not just to encourage you, but also to keep you informed so that you can offer your customers the best advice. We’re certain you’ll find our story on what to do in the event of non-payment useful, along with news of innovative products and how to help your customers keep safe in rainy weather. We also have news on the latest women’s workshops — have you considered empowering the members of your community by hosting such an event? It’s occasions like this that help us spread the word about our association and add value to our members and their customers. We are also creeping into November and in just 6–7 weeks many South Africans will be heading off on holiday. This is the month we want to encourage them to do their safety checks early. If you have not done so yet, we encourage you to think about a free holiday check for customers — this is a great way of getting them into the workshop and often, this could lead to some additional work.
