It’s hard to imagine that we have now passed the year’s first quarter. We hope that you are finding 2022 a lot less challenging than the preceding two years – certainly, we have experienced some positive developments, including the NEC’s first face-to-face meeting in 30 months.
It was wonderful to be able to exchange ideas in person – our experience was far richer. This helped us come up with some new strategies, although some of our priorities remain unchanged, including training, cracking down on illegal roadside repairs, and fostering diverse and equitable workplaces. These are some of the issues you can read about in this month’s issue, along with some tips to take the pain out of recent petrol price hikes, while we also celebrate the accomplishments of members.
