- Eligibility: The competition is open to all MIWA members in good standing who are 18 years or older, except employees and immediate family members of the promoter, its associated companies, agents, and any other person who is professionally connected with the competition.
- Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. Each member is entitled to one entry per month and each correct entry will be placed into the lucky draw.
- Winner selection: The winner will be selected by an independent panel of judges from all valid entries received by the closing date. Decision from judges will be final and no correspondence may be entered to. The winner will be notified by email or phone and will be announced in the July issue of the MIWA monthly newsletter, Spanner in the Works.
- Prize: The prize is as stated in the competition details. The prize is not transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- Publicity: By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities related to the competition.
- Data Protection: Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Liability: The promoter and its associated companies, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the winner or any third party because of participation in the competition or use of the prize.
- Disqualification: The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions, tampers with the entry process, or who is suspected of cheating or fraud.
- Governing Law: The competition is governed by the laws of South Africa and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
- Promoter: The promoter of the competition is MIWA.
