What makes you choose one product over another? Chances are brand has a lot to do with it – we’re more likely to return to brands we know and trust because they have proved consistent time and again.
This holds just as true for members of RMI and its eight constituent associations. Our customers have come to learn that a workshop displaying the RMI logo and MIWA logo is bound to provide great service – but branding goes further than that. It’s also about how the people at each workshop interact with customers – they are as much a part of the brand as our logo.
